Tell the SFWA to ban “A.i.” entirely

The Science Fiction & Fantasy Writers Association recently announced new guidelines that left a door open for works using “A.i.” to be eligible for the Nebula Awards. Hundreds of people immediately yelled at them online and within hours, they changed those guidelines to ban “A.i.” completely. Good!

Now the SFWA is asking folks to fill out a survey about “A.i.” use. You don’t have to be a member or even a writer to respond.

I highly recommend that anyone who writes or reads science fiction or fantasy click through and fill out the survey.

Tell the SFWA exactly how you feel about the trash product marketed as “A.i.” If you’re looking for details to mention, you can find plenty of details about the evils of “A.i.” here.

People like to say that “A.i.” is “inevitable” or “here to stay.” Those are lies. Groups like the SFWA can absolutely say no, never. If they do not, they don’t deserve our membership or support.

Fill out the survey here.
